The following data and documents are official required for priparing and filing the application for registration of design in Ukraine:

• 5 prints the main wiev of design in 3/4 of the external wiev
• 2 prints the important detail of design
• Applicant's name and address
• Autor's name and address
• Description of design
• In case conventional priority is claimed:
  Power of Attorney
• Document confirmed payment of Official fee
