Registration of Trade and Service mark in Ukraine
The following data and documents are official required for complete and filing a application for registration of Trade and Service mark in Ukraine:
- 5 prints (8x8 cm) of Mark or 10 prints (8x8 cm) in color if Mark or label in color
- Applicant's name and address
- List Goods or Services and International Class on Ukrainian
- Power of Attorney
- Document confirmed payment of Official fee
In case conventional priority is claimed:
- Priority country, number and filing date and certified copy of priority application
We need (in minimum) for preparing and filing application: image of mark, list of goods or services or information materials for making classification, Applicant's name and address.
We are able to preparing and filing application "today on today" if you send instruction by e-mail.
We can provide a trademark search in Ukraine in accordance of National Register of TM's and filled applications.
